About Me
Dr. Victoria Baldwin is a licensed naturopathic doctor who helps patients address the root causes of ongoing health concerns—especially when stress, overwhelm, or “doing all the right things” still hasn’t brought relief. Her clinical focus is on restoring balance to the nervous system so the body can regulate, adapt, and heal more effectively.
Dr. Baldwin integrates naturopathic medicine, acupuncture, Traditional Chinese Medicine, clinical nutrition, and botanical medicine to support conditions such as digestive concerns, hormonal imbalances, fatigue, chronic pain, weight changes, and stress-related symptoms. A key part of her work involves understanding how the nervous system, emotions, and habitual patterns influence physical health over time.
Patients often seek out Dr. Baldwin after feeling dismissed, stuck, or frustrated by recurring symptoms. Her approach is collaborative and thorough—taking the time to understand the full picture and helping patients make sense of what their body is communicating. By addressing both physiological and nervous-system drivers of symptoms, she supports lasting change rather than short-term fixes.
In addition to her medical training, Dr. Baldwin has advanced education in mind–body medicine, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), and clinical hypnotherapy. These tools allow her to support emotional regulation, behaviour change, and stress recovery in a practical, grounded way that complements medical care.
Dr. Baldwin completed her undergraduate studies in pre-medical sciences at the University of Manitoba and earned her Doctor of Naturopathy from the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine (CCNM) in 2016. She is committed to ongoing education and integrates current research in neuroscience and systems-based medicine into her clinical practice.
