Did you know that Occupational Therapists (OTs), have been helping clients with depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, personality disorders, and many other concerns for decades? And with no need for a referral, there are little to no wait times for treatment.

Counselling with an occupational therapist can provide a safe place to discuss your concerns – either in your own home, virtually, or in our office.
