About Me

Kale is a registered Occupational Therapist with the College of Occupational Therapists of Manitoba (COTM). He has previously served on the board of directors for the Manitoba Society of Occupational Therapists (MSOT). Kale graduated from the University of Manitoba with Bachelor of Arts (Psychology) and a Master of Occupational Therapy with Honours. He has since been working in both the mental and physical health fields assisting clients in navigating their barriers to returning to work and optimizing their daily life.

 

Kale is passionate about mental and physical well being. He thoroughly understands the multidimensional, complex nature of health and wellness. To aid his understanding of global well being, Kale has taken various training courses to expand his skill set. This includes training in areas such as mindfulness, Dialectical Behavioural Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Functional Capacity Evaluation, and home modifications.

 

Kale is passionate about mental and physical well being. He thoroughly In keeping with Kale’s philosophy of work-life balance, outside of the office he can usually be found singing on stage, producing music, breaking a sweat at the local gym, or having a craft beer with good company!
