Roksana Filipowitz, RMT

Registered Massage Therapist

About Me

With a deep passion for human anatomy and functional movement, Roksana brings an international perspective to our team. Originally educated in Poland, where she earned a Bachelor of Physiotherapy, she later specialized in Massage Therapy at Robertson College in Winnipeg.

Roksana views massage as a vital pillar of long-term physical health rather than a temporary fix. Her treatments are strictly goal-oriented, combining technical expertise with a compassionate approach to address the root causes of pain.

Clinical Approach
Whether you are recovering from a sports injury, managing chronic tension, or looking to optimize athletic performance, Roksana provides tailored sessions designed to get you back to moving at your best. Her treatments often incorporate:

  • Deep Tissue Work: Targeting deeper muscle layers and fascia.
  • Myofascial Release: Improving flexibility and reducing localized pain.
  • Trigger Point Therapy: Alleviating “knots” and referred pain patterns.

Outside the Clinic
When she isn’t treating patients, Roksana is likely traveling to explore new cultures or enjoying the outdoors with her children. As a parent who values an active lifestyle, she understands the importance of maintaining a body that can keep up with the demands of family life and adventure.
